General Responsibility:

1. Product technical support:
1）Deal with customers' technical problems (hardware/software) via mail or telephone.
2）Go to Clients Company to provide on-site technical support services, including technical training, problem solving, program debugging.
3）Assist the sales department to provide pre-sales product features and Q & A to clients.
4）Provide ongoing technical training and updates to customers and distributors.
5）Support sales and marketing team in the process of marketing activities, including trade shows, industry seminars, road shows.
6） Asist marketing department translating and proofreading technology products manual.
7） Responsible for the customer profile of the man-machine interface software configuration, including screen design, control logic design, scripting.
8） Responsible for providing function module software configuration of the sample files for demonstration and reference.
9） Responsible for updating documents written by old version software to new version.
10） Sort technical documents in daily use.
11） Work on product quality,function verification and development with Sweden Headquarter.
12） Play a role as an international Application technical team member.
13） Repair and test the returned products according to repair process and finish the related documentation work.
14） Deal with internal IT problems.
15） Including but not limited to the responsibilities above.

Requirements for Job :

1. College degree or above, electrical or industrial automation professional, industrial related industries for more than three year work experience.
2. Familiar with application of software in HMI & industry computer hardware, software and network.
3. Familiar with the application of HMI, industrial configuration, have project experience in the Configuration software applications and human-machine interface programming experience preferrd.
4. Good learning ability in computer programming languages, such as VB, C++,C#.
5. Familiar with computer hardware & website basic knowladge.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to work independently.
7. Fluent Chinese , able to read and write in English.
