Responsibilities:岗位职责:
1.Receive internal order and forecast from sales department and analyze customer demand;
接受销售内部订单及销售预测，分析客户需求;
2.Based on warehouse and retail store inventory, develop and release distribution plan for each retail store located in different area of different cities;
根据仓库及所有门店库存,比对客户需求,制定并发布门店补货计划,与物流部门配合完成全国各门店每日补货需求;
3.Based on sales forecast, daily sales numbers reported by each retail store or external customer, develop safety stock plan for each retail store or external customer;
根据销售预测,每日门店及客户销售数据,制定门店及客户的安全库存计划;
4.Track the inventory change and orders placed in transition, monitor the level of global inventory and keep safety stock numbers for each SKU;
追踪库存变化及在途物品,监看库存变化并保证每个SKU的安全库存;
5.Based on purchasing lead time, inventory number, safety stock requirements and sales data, send purchasing request to purchasing team to place Pos , or wave the flag sending alerts to sales departments or upper management team for SKUs with heavy inventory, to consume inventory timely;
根据采购周期、库存数目、安全库存需求和销售数据，发出采购下单需求；或者报积压库存清单至销售部门或者上级以及时消耗多余库存；


Requirments职位要求：
1.College degree or above, over five years,material planning experience in retail industry
本科以上学历,5年以上零售行业物料计划工作经验
2.Data Driven and Good communication skills ;
数据驱动及良好的沟通能力；
3.Excellent Excel & Word Skills are a required;
必须熟练使用Excel和Word办公软件
4.Experiences with ERP and MRP system is a plus
具有ERP和MRP系统使用经验者优先考虑
