职位目标综述
英纳法试验主管，负责管理针对于特定客户的在研发阶段和/或生产阶段特定的产品、产品系列或一组产品的所有物理性验证活动。
另外，试验主管还要执行如设备的维护保养，设备资源规划，和标准化等工作。
Test supervisor at Inalfa are responsible for the Physical Validation (Testing) of all Inalfa products during a Development Project phase and/or Production phase of certain Products, Product families or a group of products for a certain Customer.
In addition a Test Coordinator may be asked to perform department duties like equipment acquisition and maintenance, equipment planning, standardisation duties etc.

沟通渠道Communication methods
对内沟通Inside communication：生产工厂，试验室，工程研发部，财务部，采购部，英纳法全球与试验相关团队。
Plant, Lab, R&D Engineering Dept., HR, Financial Dept., IPD. and Inalfa global test team.
对外沟通Outside communication：客户，第三方实验室，技术或产品供应商等。
Customer, the 3rd party lab, and other supplier of technology or products, etc..


主要职责:
? 在规定的项目研发阶段或、和在产品量产阶段，对所涉及的所有试验工作的沟通协调负全责。
Fully responsible for all coordination and communication of physical testing within an assigned phase of a Project and/or during the production of a product.
? 将客户需求，规范和期望贯彻到试验、验证计划和RFQ（DV，PV和SPV计划）各阶段中。
Translating the customer requirements, specification and expectations into physical verification and validation plans and RFQ phase (DV, PV and SPV plans).
? 协调本小组内的试验工程师和试验员（2~6人）。
Coordinate a group of Test Engineers and Test Technicians (2-6 persons).
? 按照设计、验证计划和试验需求开展各项试验。
Carry out tests according the design and validation plans and test requests.
? 基于在验证、试验计划和试验需求所阐明的要求撰写试验报告。
Writing test reports based on the requirements stated in the verification and validation plans and test requests.
? 在One-pager中，汇报试验的问题与失效。
Reports problems and failures in One-pagers.
? 按内部审批流程发布试验报告。
Releases test reports for the internal approval flow.
? 在特定责任区内制定计划并协调各项工作。
Setting up a planning and coordinates the tasks within a certain responsibility area.
? 对试验项目的预算，费用和质量进行监控。
Control on Test project budgets, costs and quality.
? 有效及时地制定设备使用计划。
Efficient and in time planning of test equipment.
? 确定所需试验设备的规范。
Defines the required test equipment specifications.
? 控制和技术确认对一个特定的项目所指定的试验设备。
Controls and technical releases dedicated equipment for a certain project.
? 在项目内部会议和团队内，沟通和汇报试验状态。
Communicates and reports the physical validation status in internal (project) meetings and teams.
? 和客户负责试验认证人员的沟通和直接汇报。
Communicates and reports directly to the responsible persons for Testing at the customers’ site.
? 负责输入对作为试验室一个组成部分的试验工作的策略和目标的定义。
Delivering input for defining the strategy and objectives of physical Testing as part of the Validation Department.
? 对新产品的开发起到积极主动的作用。
Play a pro-active role in the development of new Products.
? 积极参与制定新产品和研发的DFMEA。
Actively participate in setting up the DFMEA for new products and developments.
? 在天窗完整周期的耐久试验中，如果出现问题，要落实所需的各项资源以完成失效根源分析。
Facilitates everything needed to execute a root cause analysis when problems occur during the complete product life cycle.
? 积极参与运用LEAN思考哲学并持续改进日常工作。
Pro-active attitude regarding the Lean thinking philosophy and work on continuous improvements.
