Order Processing

Intro:
We are a UK based importer and distributor who are rapidly expanding with over 20 years of experience sourcing in China, with over 5,000 employees globally.

We supply high volume products to the discount sector in Europe with a Buying & Sourcing office in XuHui District, Shanghai and are looking for 1 Order Processor to join our team on a full time basis.

We are offering a generous and competitive salary for suitable applicants based upon aptitude.

Job Description:
?On the job training provided on customised management system, reporting directly to the Order Processing Manager
?Check and process orders to factories
?Check and prepare orders for shipping
?Communicate with customer service about order updates
?Communicate with production facilities about order updates
?Answering emails and updating any relevant orders

Person Specification:
?Responsible – Have a very strong sense of duty and accountability
?Ability to work under pressure and to meet vital deadlines
?Willing to work occasional late evenings
?Methodical – Have a perfect understanding of the supply chain and organize itself to meet all the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
?Self-motivated and highly energetic
?Computer proficiency essential
?Excellent (not ‘very good’) English and Chinese skills (oral, reading and writing)
