ART logics is a company designing and manufacturing high quality electronic test system equipment and solutions for all automotive electronic products. ART logics also provides Electromagnetic Compatibility and automotive electronics design consulting services.
The company, created in 2009 by two French engineers, now employs 30 people, including a 18 people engineering team in Shanghai. Following the fast growing Chinese automotive market, the company is expected to expand rapidly in Asia and Europe within the next 2 years.
ART logics looking to hire, in Shanghai, a Human Resources and Admin Officer in order to support the HR manager in the set-up and organization of the Human Resource department of the company.
ART logics is looking, for this position, for a person with previous working experience in a large company within an HR and/or Admin department and who would have a proven perfect understanding of an HR department organization and operation.
Job Description
HR:
Support the Human Resource department operation and organization
Deal with staff's formalities of entry, transfer, demission, contract sign and archive
HR activities organization of the company, including recruitments, HR regulations
HR tracking, job description and performance review system development
Organize and record the documents of employee's promotion, transfer, and salary increase etc
Support the teams good understanding of the management directions
Develop team work and build up the teams strong relationships with all relevant internal and external team members
Admin:
Independently perform the company's clerical, administrative and general office duties of confidential nature in some situation
Support and organize the secretarial work of the management of the different company departments, including meeting minutes notes and distribution, reminders and timing tracking of the meetings action points
Support the different company departments managers with power point preparations

- a R&D department of 15 persons with in-house design competencies of hardware PCB design, embedded software development on ARM, STMicro, PIC micro-controllers, FPGA programming, C# and C++ User Interface software development.
- a project management department of 12 persons, including project management, test systems design, production, purchasing, and sales.
- a quality control department, including hardware, software and system testing.
- an administrative department, including an internal fi***ce management and HR management.
The first customer of the company was Continental and ART logics in 2016 has 40 different customers including famous international tier 1 and OEM's such as Bosch, Autoliv, Johnson Control and GM but also including many Chinese local tier 1 and OEM such as SAIC, Geely, Weichai, Wanxiang A123, Dalian Yite, Hugong, Elite, DIAS and many others. Reference testing laboratories such as Intertek or Bureau Veritas are also customers of ART logics.
