Requirements：

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or the equivalent major
2. At least 5 years working experience in IT infrastructure technologies including: Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare platform, MS SQL DB, Cisco LAN switching, MPLS/IPSEC WAN, Cisco WLAN, PABX, etc.
3. Demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following: Infrastructure/Architecture/Operations/Management/Security/Messaging
4. Solid knowledge on cloud/DR/backup/contingency and recovery tools
5. Fluent Oral and written English communication skills
6. MCSE, CCNA or equivalent experience, PMP and ITIL is preferred

Responsibilities：

? Produce technical designs and specifications for network and security solutions
? Provide full range of network/OS (Linux & Windows)/server/system support including maintenance, administration and problem resolving
? Responsible for managing the operation of the infrastructure including the network, system, DB and security
? Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
? Support, configure and deploy a mostly Microsoft server infrastructure – including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, File Sharing, HyperV Virtualization Support
? Knowledge of VMWare Virtualization Support
? Manage the backup process of all company data
? Support, configure and deploy Checkpoint Firewall for strong WAN and firewall environment
? Support, configure and deploy Cisco switches for strong LAN environment including VLAN
? Work with a telecommunications company to ensure reliable internet and phone service
? Supporting IT engineer and train them to ensure reliable end user support
? Some help desk duty will be necessary
? Managing external technology contractor relationship (Network, Phone, Cabling, etc…)
