Job Purpose:
This role is a primary resource for material procurement and inventory management support for the various teams within Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) in support of the preopening period and ongoing operation of SHDR. During preopening, this role will be focused on initial inventory setup of materials and spare parts provided by the project as well as purchased by the maintenance teams. Ongoing, this role will be assigned to one of the various FOS team to provide routine procurement and inventory management support.

Job Responsibility (including but not limited to):
? Set up material controls for the FOS organization as per SHDR procedures and direction of management.
? Coordinate between the FOS teams and project teams on the turnover, documentation and organization of spare parts and materials for ride, show, facility and entertainment venues.
? Coordinate procurement and tracking of assigned FOS operational requirements (tools, equipment, supplies, services, etc.)
? Management of field inventory procurement and sustainment,
? Interface with suppliers
? Research parts/materials
? Support service contracts
? Interface with Sourcing and Procurement and Distribution Center.
? Perform additional miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
? Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and various shifts (day, evening and night) as needed.

Education:
? College degree or above

Experience:
? Approximately 2- 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
? Experience working in a diverse, fast paced environment and delivering on short timelines.
? Procurement experience preferred
? Experience working in a technical and/or construction environment preferred.
? Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

? Strong written and verbal communication (bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred)
? Team Player with excellent relationship skills.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Able to comfortably convey technical and non-technical information to both front line and professional Cast Members
? Self-starter with the ability to manage issues through to completion.
