职位描述
**岗位职责：**
- 分析项目业务需求，能给出良好的技术解决方案，编写技术设计文档，并协同其他人员完成开发及调试工作
- 负责大型企业系统平台特别是Force.com上的应用的设计开发
- 负责与前端的（Ajax, WebSocket）数据的交互设计开发
- 负责程序单元测试，及时修正软件缺陷，确保开发代码质量
- 负责代码版本控制、产品部署和系统测试
**岗位要求：**
- 正规全日制大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
- 精通英语
- 5年以上大型企业应用开发经验，精通Java或者Apex语言以及J2EE或者Force.com平台特性，熟悉常用的设计模式和开源框架
- 至少对3个以上大中型软件项目负责总体规划、架构设计与核心功能设计编写
- 精通架构设计理论、实践和工具，掌握多种参考构架、主要的可重用构架机制和模式，精通流行的技术框架或者工具，具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力
- 精通面向对象分析和设计，并能熟练运用建模工具进行设计工作，且能够指导初中级人员进行开发和设计工作
- 熟悉XML、HTML、Javascript（Jquery, Angular.js, React.js）的使用和应用开发以及 AJAX技术
- 熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库
- 具备较强的领导力、责任心和良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力，善于沟通和团队合作，勇于创新和接受挑战
