Job Responsibilities:

Performance & reporting

Responsible for statistics analysis in order to monitor Central & North China export/import performance and volume tendency

- Export/import performance analysis report on wkly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

- To provide estimation and forecast & analysis based on statistics

- To provide various reports/alert/suggestion to managements based on the analysis

Budget

- To make an annual commercial budget

- To make a quarterly review with all managements

- To have a review scheme of performance vs budget

SSE/MOT

- To make a frequent contact with SSE/MOTs

Promotion documents to support sales & marketing

- Prepare quarterly shipping schedule and other promotion documents if any

Job Requirements:

- Preferably above 5 years’ experience in shipping industry, and Maritime / Logistics University background.

- Solid knowledge on container shipping business

- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency

- Good computer skill, especially in Excel & PPT

- Meticulous, organized: able to focus on details

- Proactive and open minded, team work spirit
