COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Senab Sweden was founded in 1975 and is one of Scandinavia’s largest supplier of furniture, accessories and related services – a position that we have reached by focusing on excellent service, close relations with our customers and a broad network of suppliers.
As many companies establish abroad, we have been fortunate to follow our customers as to grow outside Sweden. We now have partners in 26 countries and during 2010 we delivered to 48 different countries.
Senab is now one of the largest furniture services companies in Scandinavia with many offices in Sweden, Norway, as well as North America and Shanghai.
Our Shanghai office is located in Jingan District and we take care of all business for greater China and Asia Pacific.
RESPONSIBILITES
DOMESTIC LOGISTICS
To support the Logistics department to communication and coordinate in-freight and out-freight to customers within China. Handle paperwork and delivery planning.
Domestic transportation
A) Arrange related documents for deliveries
B) Receive quotation and check freight cost invoices
C) Coordinate with transportation company for pick up in a timely matter
D) Coordinate deliveries and safely unloading process
E) Claims
INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
To support the Logistics department to handle the communication and coordination with our European partners to import products. Handle communication regarding import and export matters with related parties.
Handling I/E process
A) Contact European partners for import information
B) Contact local broker for customs clearance
C) Coordinate deliveries to warehouse after customs process
D) Report back to European Partners on delivery status
E) Manage shipping and customs clearance time frame
WAREHOUSE
To support the Logistics department to monitor the in /out operation from warehouse
A) Advise all in/out information to warehouse and check the discrepancy if any
B) Updated the stock and have the site inspection
C) Check the bill with GW for the service fee
OTHER
Teamwork is a keyword within Senab. Product knowledge is important, you need to learn about packaging and our products in order to be able to optimize our deliveries and save cost for the company.
In addition, with a small company comes a lot of work that might not necessary be in your ordinary JD, but it’s important that you do all sorts of work when needed.

Experience with Yongyou UFIDA ERP system is an advantage, or any other ERP system, but not a must.
Degree within logistics is an advantage, but not a must
