Position Overview:
? Responsible for leading multiple projects from the requirements phase to implementation and deliver projects on-time and within quality system guidelines. This includes leading and managing time-lined program plans, tracking delivery milestones, coordinating internal resources such as marketing, UX, quality, design, manufacturing engineering and production. ? Work with Partners to introduce new technologies and products which will add to Novatel Wireless’s roadmap. ? Involved with the design and requirements for new hardware and software products. Will guide the user interface and overall experience providing a consistent, best in class user experience across the entire Novatel Wireless Product Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
? Define, analyze and monitor project performance, budget and schedule requirements. ? Coordinate between the customer, partners and project groups, troubleshooting problems and developing solutions. ? Manage partners and lead internal project teams. ? Manage vendor performance on complex subcontracts. ? Assist on proposal efforts and contract modifications.New Supplier audit and qualification ? Assess performance and financial risk. ? Work on Corporate R&D activities which requires researching of new features and performing feasibility studies. ? Interpersonal strengths are a must.
Experience/Requirements: ? More than 6 years working experience in leading projects in telecommunication industry or related ? Good understanding of different wireless technologies – GSM/CDMA/LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. ? Effective communication and working skills. ? Well versed in spoken and written English. ? Could work under pressure
Education:
? Bachelor degree or above
