Vision Textiles is seeking a goal driven and experienced Operational Executive for the position of Chief Operating Officer.

As a high profile figure within the organization, this person will play a lead role in all aspects of running Vision Textiles, as well as it's brand Waste2Wear, ensuring that the company's systems and operational infrastructure operates effectively to maximize sales and internal efficiency. Contributing to the strategy, operational performance, growth and future success of the business.

The successful individual will possess strong management skills, and years of experience in an International Textile Company with proven track record. Chief Operating Officer will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

-Manage company's day-to-day operating activities in the Shanghai Office. This includes revenue and sales growth, expenses, costs and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annualfinancial goal management

-Develop and document procedures for all key operational processes on an end to end basis

-Responsible for designing, improving and implementing a range of systems the company uses

-Monitoring and resolving issues across all operational teams

-Regular assessment of resources to ensure sufficient technical and ?operational resources to meet customer requirements

Operate within budget and optimize costs

Desired Skills and Exp.:

-Educated to degree standard or equivalent

-15+ years of experience within the Textile Industry

-5+ years of Senior Management experience within a global setting

-Excellentproject management skills - ability to manage multiple ?projects at once

-System integration planning and execution experience

-Strong financial budget and analytic skills

-Strong leadership qualities

-Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet proficiency)

Waste2Wear produces fabrics and textile products from recycled plastic bottles since 2008. The company started off as a spin-off of Vision Textiles, a company established in China since 1998 by the Dutch textile engineer Monique Maissan with the objective of producing high-quality garments in a responsible way.
