Job Purpose:

Make sure Relevant Quality activities of assuring Components, Process and Finished Products are planned, designed and implemented to meet both internal and external customer requirements

Key performance areas:

· Feedback Quality Issues found in process to suppliers' for improvement and making preventive actions, verify the CPAs feedback from supplier.

· Lead the Investigation, find the solution and fixed of NCRs found during process together with relevant responsible functions.

· Make in time identification of the failure parts with relevant stickers in case NCR Parts identified in process.

· Follow up the NCRs whether closed against requested close requirements.

· Make sure supplier come factory in an EHS complied way when making repair/work here in factory

· Participate in the approval inspection of prototypes/samples to make trial assembling at production and give feedback in time to relevant project leader in case any problem found.

· Follow up the status of new ECN implemented parts and make sure the traceability list is available for tracking for ECN implementation status

· Handling Stock NCR Parts in a quick and effective way to make sure no NCR parts in stock with idle status.

· Provide Training and Coaching to relevant Inspectors, QCs and Operators of application of Quality Technical Tools ,Quality Awareness and procedures.

· Drive Quality Continuous Improvement Activities for Components Quality, Process Assembling as well as relevant Processes/Procedures Improvement or Update.

· Customer or Front line feedback Quality issues handling in a systematic way for example by 8D.

· COQ Statistic in a regular way.

· Drive the Process Quality Management Process (IPV--In Process Verification) to make sure Process output meet defined Quality Control Plan with Quality Gates Setup.

· Handling of other tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor.

Your profile:

· Certified QE or SSBB is a plus.

· Knowledge of Hydraulic system, Electronic system, Heavy Welding Structures is a plus

· Strong knowledge of assembly process, machining, welding process and painting process.

· Communication skills with different kinds of person.

· Principle Oriented, Mature, and with Integrity, can work under pressure, clear logical

· Understand ISO/TS international quality system.

· Good PC skills.

· Normal gauge application (calipers, plug gauge, etc.)

· Good team work spirit.

· Practice application of Quality tools and methodologies

· Minimum 5 years working experience of quality management in mechanical manufactory, mining equipment, vehicle, construction and port machinery manufacturing experience is preferred

· Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, Electric-Mechanical, and with equivalent work experience as Quality Engineer or Process Engineer.
