中型软件项目或网站设计者优先；
2. 熟悉.NET 2005，2008，熟悉C#语言，有多层架构的开发经验，有良好的设计思路和编程
习惯，良 好的代码编写风格；
3. 精通C#/.NET,Javascript,Ajax开发，深入理解.Net Framework，能够独立的完成项
目，精通b/S应用开 发，知识面
广，前端、后端和架构都能把握；
4. 精通数据库sqlserver2008,有较强的sql设计能力与sql语句优化能力；
5. 具有良好的沟通能力、理解能力及团队精神，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；
