Major Task Description:
Responsible for EMS components development and release all program deliverables including, but not limited to, SOR(State of Requirement), drawing, TR score, PV plan, CRF, and other supplier input document;
Responsible for ensuring component quality and timing is not compromised with local suppliers. Resolve all component quality issue during launch;
Bridge the communication gap between FCA (NAFTA & EMEA) and JV partners. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong English capability (both written and verbal) is mandatory;
Support Purchasing to analyze supplier technical capability, make localization plan;
Support JV and supplier cost down work;
Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/Company.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree or above; Major: Electronic, Electrical or Automation
Experience: EMS components development experience like ECU or engine wiring harness
Skills & Competence:
Familiar EMS component design, especially in ECU or engine wiring harness;
Good English/Mandarin oral and written communication skills;
At least 3 years for Bachelor degree, or two years Master Graduate;
Familiar with engineering and office software.
