Position Summary
Schawk Retail Marketing is planning to hire a Manager of Account Service & Growth who will be an outstanding, cross-functional partner, advisor and advocate for clients in China.
The Manager of Account Service & Growth is responsible for leading the account management and new business functions across Schawk’s Shanghai photography studio client base. The Manager of Account Service & Growth will have a proven track record of success in managing creative accounts, growing business, improving profitability and delivering client satisfaction.
This position has strategic and day-to-day leadership responsibility for the contribution and growth of Schawk Retail Marketing’s revenue by managing both new and existing clients.
Scope of Responsibilities
Business development: Identify potential new clients through research, networking, prospecting. Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities; cold calling, cultivating relationships, creating presentations and supporting the overall growth initiatives of Schawk Retail Marketing.
Client satisfaction & growth: Ensure client retention by delivering solutions to meet clients’ objectives and expectations while realizing additional revenues from existing client base.
Provide leadership: Embrace guiding principles and mission. Help to create an environment that breeds and shares best practices among the team members.
Collaborate with team: Partner with and help manage team to meet business objectives. Foster an open and encouraging culture to proactively lead and motivate the team.
Provide strategic counsel: Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Project management: Own specific milestones of an initiative and effectively partner with cross-functional teammates to accomplish goals.
Deliver sales and profit goals: Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and expense budgets. Manage teams to ensure estimates and billings are prepared in a timely and accurate manner. Manage client account receivables.
Performance Measurements
Client Satisfaction: Will actively solicit client feedback so we can build a shared and accurate assessment
Financials: Drives growth in revenue and profitability of existing accounts (targets TBD). Will drive significant new business (targets TBD)
Operational Excellence: Drives functions to achieve quality and on-time delivery metrics. Ensures commitments for functionality and innovation are delivered on time, on budget
Leadership: Regular 360 feedback scores across levels and functional groups

Minimum Requirements (Education & Work History)
? Bachelors degree or equivalent diploma in marketing, business administration, graphic management services or design
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? 5+ years experience
? Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
? Entrepreneurial spirit combined with the ability to motivate the team
? People management skills – ability to lead mentor and manage a business team, supporting individual career growth
? Demonstrated strong customer relationships, creating long-term, loyal partnerships
? Strong understanding of accounting, estimating and budget management tasks
? Computer skills / knowledge various programs such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Filemaker Pro
