Magnum is an importer and distributor of fine Wines & Spirits based in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. Our mission is to distribute wines with a soul and character. Our team is composed of 15 people.

We are looking for an Operation officer in our Shanghai office (5 working days a week) to accomplish the following missions:

1- Import Process

- Being in charge of the relationship with the custom duties and custom broker ;

- Preparing the documents for the import in China;

2- Legal

- Handling the process to obtain/update licenses;

- Leading the relation with the government ;

- Cooperating in the new legal process (Change of the HR strategy, Creation of new entity/office/warehouse …);

3- Sales

- Following-up the Account Receivables – Calling of our customers or Meeting them;

- Editing customer contracts and following-up price list of the clients;

4- Human Resources

- Managing the first steps of the recruitment process (Edit job advertisement, selection of the CV, participation in the interviews);

- Visa renewal process;

- Writing of working contracts.

In August 2011, our company invested in Kartel, a high-end red wine bar which is located at No. 1 North Xiangyang Road, near Julu road in the city center. Our wine bar features an open-air balcony, a private bar on the 4th floor, and a lobby bar on the 5th floor, and has more than 200 kinds of selected red wines.
