Ark Relocation is an Expat owned and managed relocation and housing agency with offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. Established in 2004 by a group of expatriates from the Real Estate and HR industry the company has been expanding extensively in recent years across China. As a company we are assisting MNCs to relocate their expatriate staff to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and 23 other destinations across the mainland.

We are seeking a full time team player to join our team. This job is two fold

1. Administrator

The selected candidate will:

? Database and server management

? Country library and city information management

? Office management including but not limited to office suppliers, IT management, petty cash and basic HR

? Research and Translation Work

2. Assignee Supervisor

? Accompany to Medical Checks, police registrations and other assignee appointments

? Assist with application forms for Alien Employment Licenses, Resident Permit, Work Permit

? Translate support documents

? Hand in visa application at authorities, Assist with document collection

? Manage correspondence and communication with assignees

? Conduct tenancy management for certain assignees throughout the assignees’ stay in China

? Conduct Assignee Management for Beijing and 2nd and 3rd tier cities

? Conduct tours in Beijing for Chinese assignees.

? Translate support documents

? Hand in visa application at authorities

? Assist with document creation and collection

? Manage correspondence and communication with assignees, company HRs and government authorities

? Assist management with the execution of relocation services

Suitable candidates should be：

? Fluent Chinese with excellent English level

? Have experience in the real estate, hospitality, relocation, visa/immigration industry or general account management with B2C

? Possess great communication skills and be able to relate to the problems of expatriates relocating to China

? Have a real understanding of delivering high-end customer services

工作内容：

? 协助客户经理完成派遣人员来华项目跟进

? 负责管理来华派遣人员的签证工作的准备和办理

? 负责与房地产，签证合作伙伴进行沟通与交流

? 协助维护客服数据库

? 协助制作各类相关文件

? 维护管理文档，数据库和其它公司相关资料

? 制作欢迎礼盒，指定服务流程等

? 必要的研究调查与翻译工作
