Job Responsibilities:
1.Conducts interviews and tests based on company's needs to choose and recruit good quality employees
2.Be involved in job fairs, newspaper advertisements, internal transfer, campus recruitment and headhunters
3.Conducts talents needs analysis within each department based on firms business needs, and designs related recruiting plan and submit to leaders for approval
4.Analyzes the reasons of employee's demission, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company
5.Conducts market research to know about the approaches of attracting, using, retaining and educating talents by the firms within the same industry. Provides related information to help company’s leaders to design and adjust the strategies of human resources
6. Supervise junior level staffing professionals and assistants

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.More than 4 yrs relevant experience in a fast growing company
3.Good teamwork and collaboration.
4.Open-mind to new ideas and approaches.
5.Excellent written & oral English and Chinese.
6.Pleasant & outgoing personality.
