Requirements 要求
—have mechanical or electrical experiences and familiar with petrochemical industry 有机械或电气等石油化工行业者方面的经验者 优先考虑

—College or university graduate with at least 2 years working experience in customer service and international trade service related position.
大专以上学历，两年以上客服和国际贸易服务相关工作经验
- Good knowledge at International commercial and project operation;
懂得国际商务和项目操作相关知识
- Good PC skill and Microsoft software熟练掌握办公自动化软件
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive teamwork spirit; 性格活泼，交际能力强，团队合作精神
- Good command of English, including writing and reading, fluent oral English is a must.英语读写能力强，必要条件-口语流利
- Aggressive & willing to work under pressure;有事业心，能承受工作压力

Duties & Responsibilities:职责
- Cooperate closely with other Velosi offices around the world, help to introduce our services and present inspection rules to client同各国分公司通力合作,向客户公司介绍公司的相关服务和检验准则
- Receipt inspection booking from client, inquire factory’s requirement on inspection.接收客人检验订单,和工厂取得联系,确认相关检验事宜
- Prepare inspection and testing offer timely according to information provided by client根据客户要求,及时做出各种检验和测试方案和报价
- Communicate with client/vendor for scheduling/rescheduling/
cancellation and so on in order to smooth inspection arrangement.及时准确地和工厂和客人沟通,安排相关检验,确保检验顺利进行
- Keep client informed about inspection status 确保客人对检验状态有时时的了解
- Control loading supervision performed.合理的控制和分配检验任务
- Cooperate with engineer to provide suitable inspection program 和检验工程师通力合作,检验顺利进行
- Prepare documents and information indispensable to inspection engineer (for example inspection order, inspection file, inspection history)准备相关的检验文件和资料,并按时准确发给检验工程师 如检验订单,检验文件和相关检验历史资料
- Check the inspection report and issue to the client timely. 检查检验报告,并及时提交给客户
- Active help the inspector to deal with any unexpected issue during the inspection 在检验工程中,帮助检验工程师处理一些突发事件
