Job Description:

1.Preparation of Meeting Materials (collect, print, distribute) for Drumbeat Meetings and other Business Meetings and set-up of meeting logistics (room booking, dial-in, people gathering).

2.Calendar Management of F&A managers in cooperation with other team assistants. Support the digitization of work processes (box.net, shared-drive, teamspace, etc.).

3.Support transactional work on F&A organization building tasks (e.g. birthday arrangements, survey data collection, scorecarding, etc.) as well as Shave Care activities (annual offsite etc.)

4.Preparation of Business Trips (incl. expense reporting after the trip/ benefits claims), VIP visits, Team Meetings/ Calls (incl. Greater China, Asia, Global calls and incl. video conferencing).

5.Run various supporting tasks such as collecting mail/ parcels from reception, co-ordinate benefit distribution (gift bags, LT hongbao, etc.), manage the team’s petty cash, etc.

6.If the candidate shows willingness & potential, the scope can be expanded to small projects and/ or a broader scope for scorecard tracking and even analysis.

Qualification Required :

l Positive attitude, reliable, punctual.

2 English (esp. reading/ writing) on an intermediate level.

3 MS Office (esp. Outlook and Excel).

Open attitude towards leveraging technology (esp. video conferencing, digitization).
