Position Summary
Assist both the VP, Legal and Legal Counsel on all legal related work for Wyndham Hotel Group Greater China Operations. Prepare a variety of types of legally required documentations and agreements; assist with compliance matters, HR matters or any other matters that relate to the Operations. Helps to ensure positive legal relationships are maintained (both with internal and external clients) during contract negotiation, execution, opening, default and / or termination by providing prompt and accurate responses to clients’ legal requests and the timely filing of associated documentation with all relevant parties.

? Planning and prioritisation – able to manage time and expectations and prioritise their work flow to deliver on schedule.
Experience/Certificates/Education
? Extensive prior experience in drafting and reviewing agreements; must understand typical and relevant contract terminology and concepts.
? Prior in-house legal experience is preferred.
? Excellent proofreading and organizational skills; flexible attitude and a desire to learn are essential.
? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, as both will be required.
? Strong research and analytical skills desired; ability to document and communicate (orally or in writing) findings to supervising attorney/department is needed.
? Candidate must have well development computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
? Exposure to and awareness of differing international legal systems and policies
? Must be able to converse with external counsel, owners, operators and with other members of Wyndham Hotel Group via emails, telephone as well as in person
? Fluent English essential
