（一）岗位职责
　　1. 负责公司领导外事活动的翻译工作；
　　2. 负责公司对外往来信函、稿件及年报的翻译、审核工作；
　　3. 负责公司与美国股东的沟通联络；
　　4. 负责其它涉外活动的翻译工作；
　　
　　（二）岗位要求
　　1．有较强的事业心和责任感，具有吃苦耐劳和勇于奉献的精神；
　　2．英语口语流利，能够胜任交替翻译或同声传译工作，笔译基础扎实。汉语口头和写作能力较强
　　3．具备较强逻辑思维能力、组织协调能力、协作配合意识和独立工作能力；
　　4. 有外贸工作经验者或具有海外经历者优先( a ) post duty
1 responsible for the company's leading foreign affairs translation work;
2 responsible for the company's foreign correspondence, manuscripts and annual translation, audit work;
3 responsible for the company and the United States of America shareholder communications;
4 for the other activities of the translation work;
( two) job requirements
1 there is a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, with the hard-working and dedicated spirit;
2 fluent spoken English, capable of alternating translation and simultaneous interpreting, translation firm. Chinese oral and writing ability
3 have strong logical thinking ability, organization coordinated ability, cooperation spirit and ability to work independently;
4 has the foreign trade work experience or overseas experience preferred
