Main Task:

a. Daily sales order entry within proper L/T,reschedule
b. Daily OTD tracking and report to Sales and DF team if any potential miss
c. RMA application and weekly tracking
d. Daily sample expediting, customs clearance and delivery
e.Weekly Disty INV/POS Reports checking and submitting
f. Assistant with Sales/manager for the allocation of shotage parts
g. Provide feedback of the critical issue or problem to sales/manager in time
i.Weekly monitor forecast and order coverage and co-work with sales to push backlog to align the rev. plan
j. Assistant with sales/manager for disty backlog/inventory lever maintance
k.Assistant with accounting for AR issue

Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook etc. office software
ERP/SAP System Experience
Good communication skill in both oral and written English
Have strong, mature teamwork skills and a desire to work within a team environment
