We are looking for young talents with customer experience to join our vibrant team as Study Advisors to monitor progress, provide solutions and advice to online corporate students.
1, Offer call service (inbound and outbound) in Chinese and, if requested by the customer, in English.
2, Follow up on a monthly basis on our student progress via phone and emails.
3, Provide advises on how to achieve personal and company targets by setting clear goals.
4, Motivate and guide our students through our online school
5, Respond to all questions directly or by relaying to our Customer Service
6, Overcome students objections by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress
7, Meet the operations requirements of quality and productivity

Skills:
1, Computer literate
2, Well spoken, Passionate and Organized
3, Motivational, Team spirit, Willing to take on challenges
4, Ability to build rapport with customers
5, 1 year Call center experience or customer experience.
6, Fluent level of English both written and spoken (Level 6 and higher)
7, Preferred age: 20 – 30 years old.
