1. Manage any changing of supplier site, such as the changing of materials, processes, skilled workers, measurement metholds, and so on. Any changing has to be approved by SQE before delivery. It is included on-site inspection and monitors the process of supplier;
2. Qualify the suppliers to meet the requirement of OLV drawings and standards of new products. The quality agreement has to be signed by SQE when OLV TJ decides to sign the contact with new supplier;
3. Create and update the inspection plan as parts released to suppliers, new requirement from PM and new key defectiveness;
4. Provide and follow up the corrective actions and preventive actions for material complaint until it is closed;
5. Optimize the best plan for inspection based on material planning;
6. Yearly make the plan to award and punish the suppliers according the quality performance, OTD and service;
7. Implement and continuous improve of mangement for 5S, safety, health and environment with support from HSE;
8. Other jobs assigned by Head.


1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or equivalent
2. 3 years of related working experience is required
3. Team player, interface well with upper supervisor, peers, subordinates, suppliers and customers.
4. Be familiar with quality statistic tools;
5. Good English (written, read, speaking, and listening ) is priority
