Responsibilities:

· Pilot and control of the progress of the manufacturing program, in respect of the schedule按照生产计划组织开展生产任务

· Organization, coordination and management of Grease manufacturing team润滑脂生产团队的组织/协调/管理

· Management and control of the use of material means / equipments of production (accessories, equipments and raw materials)管理和控制生产设备和生产物料的使用

· Communicate with planning, warehouse and maintenance department to ensure production plans go smoothly and equipments in good condition;与计划、仓库及维修部门的良好沟通协作，确保生产计划的顺利进行及设备运转良好

· Be responsible for the receiving ISO-tank and the tank lorry ,investigate cargo receiving gain/loss timely;负责接收散装材料并及时调查差异

· Monthly stocking taking and investigation of variance, control the base oil, additive and other raw material consumption make sure all the consumption must be within control budget; 执行每月的盘点, 调查偏差的原因，控制原材料的损耗在合理范围以内

· Housekeeping management to make the workshop clean and tidy, accomplish the check of fire equipments monthly;保持车间的卫生良好的状态，按时完成每月的消防器材检查

· Necessary HSEQ management, regularly review and update Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions make sure procedures and work instructions are adequate and correct regarding HSE and Grease quality system ;必要的健康/安全/环境/质量管理，定期回顾并更新标准操作程序和作业指导书。确保程序和指导书符合HSE和润滑脂质量要求

· Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and make change; 辖区域日常的健康安全环境管理，报告背离事件，监督下属的背离事件的报告情况并对背离事件进行改善

Requirements/Qualification:

· College degree or above in chemical engineering, Mechanical or related;专科及以上学历，化学工程，机械等相关专业

· 6+ years experience in manufacturing with 3+ experience in manufacturing management in international firms; Well known of ISO 9001/TS16949 and ISO 14001/OHSAS18001;六年以上生产经验，三年以上生产管理工作经历，良好的ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 和 OHSAS18001体系知识和应用经历

· Good knowledge and skills in site improvement, PM, lean;丰富的现场改善，PM，精益生产知识和技能

· Good command on reading and written English. 必要的英文读写能力;

· Grease Production related work experience is preferred.润滑脂生产相关工作经历优先
