Objective of the job:
Responsible for A) Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting B) Pricing and Product Costing; C) Other ad hoc requests
Major tasks and responsibilities:
1.Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting
? Coordinate with country CFO and after sales GM to ensure punctual and accurate management reporting on P&L and other financial KPIs (discounts, inventory value, turns, AR aging, CapEx, etc.,)
? Perform variance analysis (VLY, VOP, VPF), Sales Walk, Margin Walk to track countries/markets performances
? Collect and validate monthly/quarterly forecast, perform variance analysis (VLY, VOP)
? Support Annual business planning, keep track of all changes and narratives; perform Variance and Walk analysis
? Take lead in projects in reducing time meeting APAC reporting needs / improving accuracy, promoting automation in templates, etc.
? Contribute to provide advisory and supportive services to ensure that the business issues are understood and commercial objectives are met;
2.Pricing and Product Costing
? Support controller in establishing pricing approval processes for the region
? Review product line profitability working with APAC product marketing lead for the region
? Track product costing changes, associated transfer price changes and profit impacts by country and recommend actions that would preserve aftersales profitability
3.Standardization and Simplification

Candidate Qualifications:
?Bachelor in Accounting/Finance is preferred
?3+ years accounting working experience, of which experience in AP, Inventory is preferred
?Proficiency in MS applications, particularly MS Excel,SAP
?Solid accounting and finance knowledge, business acumen
?Strong communication skills and ability to generate trust and respect of business units peers and supervisors
