Duties and Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for SATA plant operational management, to drive excellent performance to meet various KPI and PD requirement. The management scale covers cold forming, production, planning and warehouse.

Responsibilities

1.Drive excellent performance of SATA production and operations through providing effective management to cold forming, production, planning and warehouse.
2.Co-work with cross-functions to improve SATA operational competencies to meet KPI and PD target and deliver world class business result.
3.Leverage ABS tools and initiate improvement events to continuous enhance plant operation management.
4.Streamline production and operation procedure.
5.Continuously improve profitability through management of operations & cost improvements as well as productivity enhancement initiatives.
6.Direct plant operations in a safe, effective and environmentally responsible manner, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and guideline.
7.Develop a high-level employee engagement and harmonious relationship between labor and plant management.
8.Provide effective leadership to build a high performance operational team, identify and develop high-pro talent to meet business growth.

Key Competencies

?1.Over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing process, materials and production control, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, plant safety, operational excellence, environmental concerns, financial planning/controls and staff supervision.
2.Mechanic industry background preferred.
3.Demonstrated ability to motivate employees in a team-oriented environment.
4.Prior experience with unionized operations is preferred.
5.Excellent communication and influence skills, cross-functional cooperation experience.
6.Good verbal and written communication in English.
7.Be familiar with Lean or 6 Sigma methodology and proficient initiate projects by using operational excellence tools.
8.Excellent interpersonal skills and good leadership to interact with labors.
9.Result oriented, strong data analysis and decision-making skills, capable to identify root cause and develop according solutions.
10.Ability to work under high pressure.
11.Ability to initiate, lead and sustain change.
