岗位职责:
1.根据业务量灵活合理安排员工班次，保证每日电话接听率达到指标；
2.定期整理收集顾客反馈，提出合理建议，协助管理层优化工作流程；
3.提高团队一站式服务意识，为所辖员工提供第一时间支援；
4.配合质检培训团队，提高员工的业务能力；
5.监督工作纪律，营造良好氛围，保持团队凝聚力；
6.做好员工考勤，完成相关报表；
7.完成上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求:
1.能够积极理解管理层的要求并有效执行；
2.话术优秀，文字能力佳；
3.熟练使用办公软件；
4.熟悉客服运营；
5.两年以上客服主管经验者优先。
