Position: HR Performance Management (performance management and human resource management system)

Department: Human Resources

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve performance appraisal system in accordance with company needs, and is responsible for the implementation of assessment and daily management;
• Assist and supervise each department's performance evaluation, including guiding each department manager and staff to implement key indicator set, giving effective feedback of performance assessment, and explaining to the employees issues related to performance management and evaluation;
• According to performance evaluation and related provisions, identify outstanding talent and implement relevant staff reward and punishment policy;
• Maintain and improve the performance appraisal information system and employee self-service system,;
• Responsible for performance appraisal related training to department staff; collect feedback on subject matter and report to superior;
• Coordinate employee relationship issues proposed in relation to performance appraisal
• According to issues arise from performance management process, propose improvement plan for performance appraisal, including but not limited to the optimization of evaluation methods, standards and procedures;
• Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of human resources information system. System privileges and configuration management
• Assist in switching and updating of human resource management information system
• Coordinate with information systems department to ensure HR system security and timely solve problems occur.
• Guidance to the human resources information system operation

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or information technology related;
• Have Working experience in human resources, IT, management consulting industry preferred, relevant experience in information system of human resource management and SQL Server knowledge is preferred; Over 8 years’ working experience as human resources professional in multi-national corporation, financial industry work experience is a plus;
• Familiar with China labor contract law, familiar with performance management system and process in Multi-National Corporation
• Domestic working experience in human resources , HRBP experience is preferred;
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal communication skills;
• Team player, professional and meticulous;
• Fluent oral English and written English.

职务：高级绩效管理专员（绩效管理及人力资源管理系统）

岗位职责：

• 完善并维护符合公司需求的绩效考核体系，并负责考核的实施和日常管理；
• 协助和指导各部门的绩效考核工作，包括指导各部门经理及员工进行关键指标设置，给予绩效考核评估的有效回馈，以及向员工解释绩效管理和评估中的相关问题；
• 根据绩效考核情况和相关规定，识别优秀人才，实施对相关员工的奖惩；
• 维护和完善绩效考核信息系统及员工自助系统，；
• 负责对各部门各层级员工进行绩效考核相关内容的培训工作；对各部门提出的异议进行收集，并反馈给上级；
• 协调组织员工提出的关于绩效申述的员工关系；
• 依据绩效管理过程中出现的问题，提出绩效改进建议，包括但不限于考核方式、标准和流程的优化；
• 负责人力资源信息系统的日常运营维护、系统权限和后台配置管理
• 协助公司总部进行人力资源管理信息系统的切换及更新
• 和信息系统部进行相互协助以确保系统的安全，并及时解决系统方面出现的问题
• 对人力资源信息系统操作进行指导

岗位要求:

• 本科或以上学历，人力资源或信息技术相关专业毕业
• 具有人力资源、IT、管理咨询等行业的工作经验，有人力资源信息系统管理经验者、SQL Server知识者优先；8年以上跨国公司人力资源工作经验，金融行业工作经验者尤佳
• 熟悉中国劳动合同法，熟悉跨国公司绩效考核管理制度及流程
• 拥有在中国境内的人力资源工作经验，有HRBP经验者优先考虑
• 优秀的沟通、协调和人际交流技巧
• 团队合作、专业细致的职业精神
• 流利的口头英语和书面英语
