职位描述
Job Description
1.Accountable for finance management at project level in line with group strategy and policy.
2.Prepare monthly financial report and group report.
3.Responsible for preparing annual budget and comparison statement between actual and budget.
4.Responsible for AR functions, included AR reporting, billing, MI system maintenance.
5.Manage central cashier issues and AR junior staffs as a supervisor.
6.Anticipate, manage and address financial issues that impact cross-functionally at project level.
7.Increase the efficiency of payments with budgetary control to support company development.
8.Coordinate with tax bureau, bank and auditor or other third parties.
Requirement
1.Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or economics.
2.Not less than 2 years working experience in relevant field.
3.Understand the local culture and fluent in Mandarin, preferable with past working experience in PRC environment, familiar with local taxation and regulations.
4.Strong communication & analytical skills, good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese; excellent PC skills, especially in Excel.
5.Team work spirit, able to motivate and empower work team, flexible and adapts well to changing situations.
6.Property development industry experience preferred.
