职位描述
The role will be based in Shanghai reporting into the global product management team. The successful candidate will:
- Proactive involvement with Market Management to understand regional strategies and impact on solution requirements.
- Own the creation and management of the Regulatory Reporting and AML product roadmaps both internal and external.
- Own the solution portfolio strategy for the business in China and Hong Kong.
- Own the Regulatory Reporting and AML technical solution strategy.
- Integration vision and execution. Work with the Global product teams to integrate Mainland China and Hong Kong local functional and technical requirements into central tooling roadmaps.
- Work with the QA team to jointly define acceptable quality standards for release.
- Support agile development methodology.
- Internal and external evangelism of Regulatory products.
- Sales and Market Management support.
- Events and user group forum support.
Qualifications and Skillset
- Bachelor degree in Economics/Accounting/Banking or Information Technology.
- 5+ years Product management experience. Ideally within software development companies servicing the financial industry.
- Preferable experience of working with Regulatory Reporting, AML or Risk management area of a Bank or financial services company.
- Good English, Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes ideally under the agile development methodologies.
- Effective communicator at all levels including in front of large groups.
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative. Assertive and results driven.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Flexible to travel.
- Organized, proactive, and self-learner.
- Open to change and innovation.
