The Telesales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing the accurate reporting and distribution of Telesales incentive based compensation. The role of the analyst will consist mainly of reconciling teammate revenue, correcting revenue errors, and communicating compensation payouts to Payroll. This position requires an individual that is comfortable working independently on a majority of tasks while collaborating with their peers in other regions to ensure global continuity.
- Act as single point of contact for the APAC Telesales Commissions process.
- Reconcile teammate revenue generation on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Calculate the monthly commissions pay-out and work with Payroll to ensure a timely issuance of checks
- Send monthly reports to the business unit for the exceptions process, outlining the status of each approval.
- Collaborate with Finance to establish revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
- Update and maintain documentation related to the commission process.
- Educate the operations team on the guidelines and procedures involved in the commission process.
- Provide training on commission rules and process to new hire teammates within the Sales organization.
- Administer various programs to ensure access, targets, and reporting lines are accurate.
- Complete other projects as assigned by management.
Job Skills
- Experience with Microsoft office products particularly Excel, Access and Powerpoint is essential.
- Experience with Salesforces , Xactly, and Microstrategy a plus.
- Ability to develop reports and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other database tools a plus.
- Experience in dealing with large amounts of data and presenting their results.
- Ability to work independently and practice sound judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Be adaptable and able to multi-task
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
