职位描述
Familiar with specs of pipes, valves, flanges and fittings (PFF).
Manage and update spec files (GB, ISO, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, CSA, DIN, JIS etc.)
Familiar with Purchasing Specifications from customers and set up Seybold PS on PFF.
Manage and update mill certificates/approvals.
Handle the MTRs (material test report).
Familiar with CRN registration process.
Manage and update CRNs files.
Familiar with the manufacturing process of PFF .
Being able to tell the difference between different processes (Advantages and Disadvantages); know the trends or new manufacturing process and the possible applications.
Familiar with QA system (ISO 9001, ISO 9002) on PFF especially the traceability control.
Familiar with the quality control level practices based on the manufacturing process (ITP, MPCQ etc.)
Familiar with NCR process and NCR reports.
Routine mill visits/audits and reports .
TPI and reports.
Customer visit/audit/approval and reports.
Information collection and reports/notes.
