Data Analysis Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION：

1. Set up analysis platform for statistical analysis and KPI dashboards
-Understand the structure of the database and information. Propose improvements for unification and standardization.

-Understand the interaction of the data in between several databases and departments.
-Understand the need of end users (in any Operation Department) in terms of statistical analysis, KPI reporting and dashboards.

-Develop tools to simplify and automate the creation of the reporting and dashboard.
-Reports must be easy to customize and use tools such as Crystal Report, Excel (VBA).
-Reports and dashboards must be user friendly and a unified format must be develop for working on data and displaying curves, dashboards, and creating reports.

-Train end users and statisticians to use the tools, and well understand the meaning of the figures and reports.

2. Software development

On a case by case basis, for software related to document management or knowledge base management:

-Define specifications and requirements;
-Interface between end users and other specialized departments (i.e. IT)
-Coordinate/follow-up the development and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BS degree, computing and data statistic background.
2. Familiar with database research & development, good at MS office, especially to Excel, including VBA.
3. Strong self learning capacity

4. Strong communication skill and team work spirit. Skills for presenting well information and data for clear and quick understanding and review.
5. Skills in reading and writing English are preferable
