Job Responsibility:

Before APDS
1）Collect and analyze customer needs. Identify and agree product strategy and product road map in Autoliv China, including active safety.
2）Present Autoliv China product road map to customers. Ensure that Autoliv Road map fits to major customer product strategies.
3）Understand competitor and their products including running developments. Initiate Benchmark study.
4）Present new products and technology to create a customer desire for advanced Autoliv products.
5）Create Autoliv value, improve engineering perspective from customers.
APDS
1）Initiate and coordinate quotation process until PSC3 and assist preparation process for TG0. Review and responsible quotation for technical content including development timing. Ensure cost competitiveness.
2）Regular project review with PTL, customers as well as Global. Actively support PTLs to escalate projects issues internally and externally.
3）Monitor projects and initiate/support actions to improve profitability.
4）Coordinate CTC with different platform PTL window person.
After APDS
1）Attend & contribute to CCB, tracking of serial engineering changing and decide customer notification.
2）Tracking of potential VEVAs and decide about customer notification.
3）Coordinate product evolution activities and cost reduction activities with customers.


Requirements:
1）Hold minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferred.
2）At least 3 years experience in project management and 5 years auto parts working experience.
3）Automotive safety parts (airbags, steering wheels, seat belts) engineering/development experience will be a plus.
4）Excellent Korean, Japanese and fair English both in speaking and writing.
5）Entrepreneurial and strategically understanding and action.
6）Analytical and cross-linked thinking
7）Self-disciplined and good working organization/Self-organized
8）A team player. Motivate other people
9）Support BU to Manage and grow CTS team of BU
10）Ability to work under pressure
