PURPOSE

Industrial Management Controller should provide with a fair view of the Manufacturing activity based on industrial control reporting and new analysis as much as necessary.

His goal is to give all tools to management to take corrective actions and be proactive in warning the management about any potential risks

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

Main duties:

- Manage control of inventory (quantity, valuation, local pricing calculation)

- Report monthly/weekly key performance indicators on manufacturing activity

- Ensure reliability of site gross margin and manufacturing expenses during closing process

- Prepare the elements for the reporting, the budget, the forecasts of manufacturing activity

- Answer all questions from the management team in France

- Be a key user in the industrial ERP set-up and functions

- Improve industrial management control and related procedures

- Ensure an adequate level of internal controls

- Should give his opinion regarding industrial operation efficiency and industrial organisation

- Must alert immediately in case of any important risk for the company

Related duties:

- Work with Finance Controller on China closing and analytical split by division

- Be part of ERP development team

REQUIRED

- 2- 3 yrs accounting/finance experience

- Working experience in China is a must

- Strong Data Request and Analysis skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent English and basic Chinese level
