Merchandiser will be the link between clients and factories and will have to register and follow orders. Additionally, merchandiser needs a strong sense of product knowledge and trend. Merchandiser will analyze sales information, work out sales targets and plan how to increase profits. He will also negotiate price, follow the order from client inquiry until the delivery date and complete all the necessary paperwork to export correctly the goods.

Objectives
- Guarantee that orders comply in terms of description, quality, quantity, price and delivery time
- Provide good services to client and get their trust
- Develop relationship with factory for better advantages
- Improve the sales business for both the company and client
Major Job duties
- Reply to client inquiry in a short period
- Follow the order from client order confirmation to client final payment
- Prepare PI to client in compliance with client order sheet
- Prepare PO to factory in compliance with PI and price and ETD negotiated
- Insure the order time schedule of each step of the order follow up
- Arrange QC inspections/ Shipping documents / Payments
- Copy and print all required documents and record into specific folders
- Proposing new products to existing clients
- Participating to fairs if needed
- Arrange the meeting with client and Support the client during their business trip with Nestrend limited
- Take note of the meetings with client during the fair, office or factory visit
- Follow the company’s process
