Financial Assistant财务助理


Responsilbilities:

-Responsible for routine expense reimbursement and payment application;

-Fill in credit voucher, electronic transfer form, bank documents etc.;

-Forecast the cash needed for daily operations;

-Timely book the cash ledger & prepare the reconciliation to ensure report correctly;

-In charge of preparing voucher of receiving and paying.Check with the original to ensure correctness;

-Cooperating related work with AR and AP;

-Any other requirements by Finance Supervisor


Qualifications:

-College degree, preferred in accounting and Qualification certificate of accountant is needed;

-Minimum 1 year in accounting position, preferred with working experience at International Companies;

-Good communication skills, both spoken and written;

-Hard working and be able to work independently under pressure;

-High sense of responsibility and have ability to learn;

-Fluent in English
