岗位职责：
1、根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划；通过各种渠道发展新客户包括在现有客户中做深度挖掘；通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标；按时完成销售主管分派的工作；
2、为了保持产品在市场上的竞争性，随时关注客户和市场的变化，分析原因并向销售经理提出建议与意见；
3、提高客户满意度，需加强对现有客户的维护和管理，协助客服部门保证现有客户的续保；

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力；
2、有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，有极强的团队合作精神；
3、较强的观察力和应变能力， 1年以上保险销售背景者佳；
4、熟练操作办公软件。
