- For our Energy Service in Shanghai we are looking for a Business Excellence Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Coordinate and support quality management activity in process and project, monitor key process performance and initiate improvement when needed
- Promote process management culture in the region, incl. analyzing and mapping existing business processes in the region,
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback from NPS, Outage Survey or other programme, follow up related improvement projects,
- Monitor NCC performance and tackle non-conformance and verify effectiveness of corrective/preventive action,
- Coordinate Lean and Six Sigma activities in the region,
- Maintain Quality Management System, coordinate internal audits in the organization,
- Support BE related training and workshop in the region,
- Coordinate global cost-out(PumaWeb) programme in the region

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Professional Experience
- Experiences in Quality or relevant fields in the manufacturing industries, automotive industry is preferred
Personal Qualifications

Knowledge
- Knowledge on process management, quality improvement and ISO systems.
- Knowledge on Lean and Six sigma is a plus
- Certified quality engineer or green belt is a plus.

Skills
- Skill in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong motivation, leadership and integrity
- Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive
- Well organized, patient, customer-oriented
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
