-For eCar Powertrain System BU, we're looking for experienced SQM professional.

- Ensuring and continuous improvement of supplier quality for the location / factory including reproduction and cooperation partners by creating and implementing optimal processes for supplier quality management (SQM).
- Supporting cross-functional cooperation between Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Development and Production.
- He/she reports to the BU SQM in operational matters and usually to the location / factory QM in disciplinary matters. (Deviations from this practice require release by BU SQM)

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- General operative duties for supplier quality management (SQM) in the location / factory
- Involvement in the escalation process
- Determining the strategy for supplier quality management in the location / factory
- Involvement in the definition, implementation and development of the commodity organization and of the SQM-related processes at BU/Division level

- Ensuring and improving supplier quality in the location
- Supplier quality management during selection of supplier (Procurement) in the location / factory
- Supplier quality management in the definition and realization phase of the materials (PLM)
- Supplier quality management for series production and return of material (SCM) in the location / factory
- Supplier quality management for supplier development (Procurement)
- Supplier quality management for the supplier evaluation and strategic evaluation as well as for the supplier classification (Procurement)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Technologies: Measurement & Testing technology Project management advanced medium o
-Methodologies: ISO/TS16949, VDA6.3, Supplier Development advanced high
-Methodologies: Quality tools: APQP,PPAP, FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, CQI Project management advanced high
-Methodologies: Supplier Audit, CIP method Supplier Development expert high
-Profess. Knowl.: English - Negotiation level All the processes advanced high
Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in supplier quality or purchasing (preferably in automotive environment)
- Successful completion of degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Variety of Function Areas Experience in application of supplier qualification and development
- Variety of Function Types Experience in first line management
- Variety of Cultures Experience in working in international teams/projects
Education:
- Degree Bachelor or above, major in Engineering
Languages:
- Good at English, German would be a plus
