1.Position Summary:
Provide product support to stakeholders: To sales, distributors, hospitals, end-users & etc.
Execute sales strategies : Support sales team to achieve sales budget

2.Principal Accountabilities:
A Sales process
a. Achieve personal Sales Target, enhance sales of product
b. Establish and maintain clients relationship with Covidien
1 Identification of potential clients
2 Clarify and follow up clients’ inquiries
c. Insure the sales payment on time according to the sales contract

B. Management
a. Supervise sales team and result in the area
b. Organize weekly sales meeting and report the meeting minutes to RSM
c. Support dealers sales people to organize sales activities with customers
d. Lead and train dealers sales team to improve sales ability and assist them when in need

C. Others
a. Cooperate with marketing partners in region
b. Cooperate with other departments in Covidien China
c. Exchange market information with Application Specialist and Product Managers
d. Maintain Tyco product brand
e. Further tasks on request

3. Experience:
- Above 5 years sales and/or marketing experience with a proven track record of goal accomplishment
- Preferred Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device businesses
- Highly preferred public presentation skills and experience
- Ability to persuasively communicate
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)

4. Education
Minimum Diploma in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing, other relevant disciplines or state registered nurse
