Responsibility
1. Collect and analyze customer requirements.
收集和分析客户的要求;
2. Interface with customers on technical issues on Takata's products.
就产品技术问题和客户保持密切互动;
3. Good Communication with team, share the information about the customer requirement, and make sure the customer requirements will be well stratified.
很好的技术沟通能力，能准确及时地传递客户的要求，确保满足客户各项要求。
4. Lead the design team to fix the issue on customer site; make the program SOP without risk;
带领开发团队，能处理客户的现场问题，使项目能无风险量产.
5. Trouble-shooting and analyze vehicles with Takata products.
故障排除并进行产品匹配度的分析;
6. Work close with sales & marketing peers to identify strategic or emerging markets of the customer and contributes to establishing or expanding our business in these areas.
与销售市场密切协作确定战略或新兴的客户市场，并积极建立或扩大在这些领域的业务。
7. Representing the Takata to delivery presentations to customers.
代表高田给客户进行产品演示。
8. Participates in the development of a strategy for building and managing specific customer relationships (e.g., purchasing, sales & marketing, and product planning).
参与建设和管理客户关系（如采购，销售及市场推广，产品规划）的战略开发。
9. Willing to travel and working under pressure.
愿意出差和在压力下工作


Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;
3. Can work in high pressure;
能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

Education and skill requirements:
1. 4-year university degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering majors;
本科以上学历, 电子电气专业毕业；
2. 3-5 years of working experience in automotive industry, electrical product experience is a must; especially for reversing radar/camera/active safety system is plus.
汽车行业3-5工作经验，工作产品曾为倒车雷达、影像、主动安全系统优先考虑；
3. Good experience of technical design and strong sense on marketing.
较好的技术开发经历以及敏锐的市场感知能力；
4. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
优秀的沟通技巧和表达能力。
5. Proficient in English in both spoken and writing skills.
精通英语口语和写作;

The work location is in Qingpu and the company offer the shuttle bus.
