Application requirements
What is GEDU looking for?
We are looking for highly-motivated people with the drive, mobility and cultural adaptability to fulfill GEDU’s objectives for product excellence and first-class team development.

How does it work?
The Talent Development Program process starts with an induction session attended by potential graduates (or students close to graduation) followed by an interview and a series of assessment exercises to identify the most suitable candidates for GEDU’s long-term needs.
Selected recruits are invited to a set of individual training seminars tailored to specific individual requirements (pre and post project) and activities and when suitably qualified, are assigned to specific projects.
The project assignments are based Shanghai (or in East China locations outside the
Shanghai) of the candidate, each lasting a minimum of 6 months.
All trainees are under the full supervision of qualified GEDU Tutors for the duration of the program.
Requirements check-list
1.Fluency in written and spoken English in addition to mother tongue
2.A Master Degree in Education; Language; Business Administration or Finance
3.Good judgment and basic sense of business
4.Adaptability
5.A dynamic profile suitable for sales and marketing operations or Education research
6.Effective team working and creative problem solving
7.Availability for immediate employment if graduated or within 6 months
8.and 1 exam if close to graduation (possible internship as a preliminary step)
9.Military duties fulfilled
