Responsibilities:
· Work with cross functional team to drive the cost reduction for the major product portfolio
· Drive and execute cross reduction project through innovation thinking and strategic thinking
· Make sourcing strategy and optimize the supply base to support the company’s long term business development
· Work with Quality and SCM to improve supplier performance (OTD, DPPM, lead time and etc.)and Manage and monitor the supplier portfolio and develop supplier to build right supply base;
· Scan the market and keep searching potential suppliers with good quality, best price, on time delivery
· Commodity Management : Monitor the market and carry out cost analysis within the responsible material group to clear the production process, cost driver
and technical trend
· Contribute and establish good cooperation and communication internally and externally

Requirement：
· Bachelor degree in Mechanism/Automation or related fields in engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 7 years working experience in sourcing/R&D/Project management, especially preferred leading cross functional projects or transferring projects;
· Robust project management skill;
· Strong interpersonal communication skill
· Strong negotiation skill
· Fluent English in both speaking and writing
· Self-discipline, self-motivation
