MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
管理职责
1.Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned outlet.
确保整个餐厅的高效营运。。
2.Ensure compliance with the service standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.
确保服务标准是遵循餐厅制定的标准来执行的。
3.Request necessary supplies from the storage and effective control system of stocks.
从仓库申领必要的物资并有效地控制存货。
4.Ensure overall cleanliness including furniture and fixture within the outlet, working area and personal hygiene of the staff.
确保所有餐厅内的家具设备，工作区域，员工个人卫生符合餐饮单位的标准。
5.Submit reports as required by Operations Manager
根据营运经理的要求呈送报告。
6.Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to staff.
为员工提供直接的，有建设性的，积极地和有帮助的指导。
7.Ensure the scheduling of duty roster or allocate staff, and schedule holiday of section’s staff.
确保各服务区域的人手充沛，排班和假期的合理安排。
8.Select new employees, oversee on-the-job training for staff, evaluate their performance, report on their progress, provide recommendations on staff movement as required, and authorize overtime.
挑选新员工，监督员工的在职培训，评估员工的表现，记录员工的发展历程，批准员工的加班，根据要求对有需要进行公司内部换岗的员工给予推荐。
9.Update the unit operation policies and procedures, rules and regulations if necessary.
如有必要，更新餐厅的各种营运政策，流程，制度和章程。
10.Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, discipline staff as required and resolve problems referred.
确保遵从公司内部规章制度，根据需要培训员工解决出现的问题。
11.Delegate specific responsibility along with proper authority to subordinates and accountable to GM for their actions.
根据总经理批示的合理适当的权利行使明确的代表职责。
12.Encourage staff participating in brief meeting for the purpose of building teamwork and getting feedback.
鼓励员工共同参加简短的交流会议，从中得到反馈从而更好地进行团队建设。
13.Ensure effective communication 100% with superiors and subordinates.
确保公司所有的信息和员工交流100%地准确无误地传递。
14.Ensure and practice all manner according to SSP Value and Vision.
依照精选餐饮的价值观及方针运营。

1.Ensure that all quality Company/Sector standards, in every aspect of the operation, are adhered to at all times.

2.Effectively communicate Company/Sector standards to your team.

3.Actively address all issues relating to non-adherence of Company/Sector standards.

4.Ensure that an effective system is in place for the filing, storage and retrieval of all documentation used in the day to day operation of the unit.
在部门日常运作工作中确保一个有效的制度的存储和检索的所有文件都有备案。
5.Respond to all internal requests for information about your units.
在你的部门能回应所有内部资料的要求。
6.Demonstrate effective planning and organising in all areas of administration.
在各方面的管理中证明有效的规划和筹备。
7.Plan and monitor annual leave to ensure the Unit is self-supporting during leave.
规划和监测年假，以确保在休假期间正常的营运。
8.Ensure that the unit is kept secure at all times.
在任何时候都确保本单位所有物品的妥善保管。
9.Ensure the necessary audits are carried out as per Sector/Brand standard.
确保必要的审计工作贯彻，按品牌标准来执行。
10.Lead by example, to ensure all members of the team wear the correct, full, clean uniform whilst on duty.
以身作则，并确保所员工都穿上正确的、整齐、清洁的制服。
11.To ensure all checklists are practice and follow up on every shift.
确保每一班填写完检查表并及时跟进。
Requirements
相关要求
1.College Degree in Hotel Management or English.
酒店管理或英语专业大专毕业。
2.At least 5 years working experience in multinational hotel, Food / Beverage or companies.
至少有5年跨国公司或酒店、餐饮业工作经验。
3.At least 3 years experience in similar position in multinational hotel or F&B companies.
在跨国酒店或餐饮企业至少有3年相似职位工作经历。
4.Preferable knowledge of F&B operation management, cost controlling, customer satisfaction, team building, and other items as needed.
掌握餐饮企业营运管理、成本控制、客户满意、团队建设等其他相关管理知识。
5.Good numerical and statistical skills.
良好的数字及数据分析能力。
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
优秀的交流与沟通技巧。
8.Good command of English and Mandarin.
良好的英语及普通话
9.Have rich working and management experience in Western Restaurant highly preferred.
有丰富的西餐厅工作及管理经验者优先。
