Responsibilities,
1. Check original documents of reimbursement and expenses. Prepare cash and bank record according to the original documents. Regularly filing and chasing invoices.
2. Responsible for making payment and currency settlement at bank; Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Print VAT invoices from financial system, process VAT refund, monthly tax declaration, corporate income tax filling and annual tax filling with regulatory authorities.
4. Prepare finance and management report and make analysis to relevant data.
5. Cooperate with other departments to collect and file suppliers’ basic information documents.
6. Courier documents to bank, Industrial and Commerce bureau etc. as necessary.
7. Other affairs needed to support finance manager.

Requirements,
1. College diploma or above, Related degree in Finance, have Certificate of Accounting Professional;
2. Over 2 years relevant working experience;
3. Good command in English;
4. Team-work & good communication;
5. Proficient in Financial System & Excel.
