The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
负责ANH星火预混料生产车间的SAP和办公室的日常操作管理,确保生产订单系统平稳运作, 所有的运作符合ISO, HACCP和SHE的要求, 协调QA,计划员, 确保每天的订单能按时保质的下达和完成，对SAP系统中出现的问题能及时处理和纠正，配合技术部避免BOM中错误出现，确保生产订单的准确性, 协调库存的管理.

The Challenge / 工作职责

1. 生产计划和协调
1) 配方和BOM的确认，配合技术部确保BOM和生产订单正确
2) 和CVL确认每天的生产量, 制订合理的日生产量
3) 及时与CVM，CVL，QA，QC联系，确保生产订单按时准确的下达
4) SAP全方位的操作, 维护SAP系统的操作正确性
5) 生产排序的复核和确认

2. 标签的打印和标签打印机的维护和保养，使其能按时打印无延误
3. 安全健康环保职责
1) 及时报告并鼓励下属员工及时报告事故/事件/未遂事件
2) 定期和员工沟通, 了解劳防用品的使用情况
3) 参加安全健康环保培训，对新上岗或转岗及长期停工后复岗的办公室员工开展安全健康环保教育
4) 监督员工PPE的佩戴情况
5) 每月和上司做工厂内部的安全检查

4. 安保管理职责
1）对员工的培训
2）组织实施控制操作
3）定期对本区域的安保措施落实情况，进行检查回顾。
4）提出持续改进行动

5. 车间的库存管理
1） 确保盘点的准确率，差异查明原因，及时调整数据
2）返工，退货成品及时处理

6. SAP的关键用户
1） 优化SAP在生产中的运用
2） SAP主数据的维护工作

7. 办公室的管理
1） 车间的考勤管理
2） 文件的管理
3） 劳防用品的发放管理
4） 办公文具和耗材管理
5）加班原因分析和加班控制
6）制止/处罚不安全的行为。
7）制止并纠正不符合项（HACCP / ISO / SOP）

The Ideal / 主要要求
1.　大专以上，或相关学历。
2.　动物营养, 化工, 机械设备类专业。
3. 5年以上合资或外资生产管理经验.
4. 有相关饲料领域的经验为佳
